※Please be aware of these guidelines in order for a seamless event.

All participants will:

1.     Fully adhere to and wholeheartedly engage in all events within the itinerary. As an official invitee to the inaugural OKA Gathering, hosted, and fully sponsored by the Overseas Koreans Agency, all participants are expected to attend all events. Participants will not be excused for personal appointments – personal appointments must be followed up at the participant’s personal expense, not during the official OKA Gathering program.

2.     Observe good timekeeping. Participants will be expected to arrive to all events in good time to ensure the timely running of the Program.

3.   Actively engage in prior submission requests. As an officially invited overseas Korean adoptee, all participants are important stakeholders in this meaningful conversation. This experience can only be enhanced through the enthusiastic cooperation and support from participants. Please actively share your thoughts and opinions on how to curate the information that we provide to you.
