OKA will be providing full board for each participant and their companion (if applicable) at the Conrad Seoul Hotel from 21 May to 24 May.
The hotel’s full address is 10 Gukjegeumyung-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul and the contact number is +82(0)2-6137-7000, in case you have any questions.
Check-in is available from 16:00 KST on Tuesday 21 May 2024. We are unable to guarantee early check-in. Early check-in will be at the hotel’s discretion.
All participants will be assigned a twin room to either share with your travelling companion, or another participant.
Should a participant wish to use a single room, OKA is able to pay for 50% of the room. The remainder will be the burden of the participant.
Please let us know if you would like to use a single room, we will be happy to help you!
Checkout will be at 11:00 KST on Friday 24 May 2024.
○ Amenities
Additionally, in accordance with the government's 'Resource Saving and Recycling Promotion Act', starting from March 29th,items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shaving kits, and children's bath amenities (body wash, soap) will only be available for a fee.
The prices are as follows:
- Toothpaste, toothbrush: KRW 1,000 (tax included)
- Shaving kit: KRW 1,000 (tax included)
- Children's bath amenities (body wash, soap): KRW 2,000 (tax included)
