○ Flights and Reimbursement

OKA will be supporting flight costs (including taxes) for each participant and their one companion (if applicable) up to a set upper limit

In other words, if your flight does not exceed the upper limit, the full flight fare will be reimbursed. If your flight cost exceeds our upper limit, the maximum airfare support possible (upper limit) will be transferred to the participant.

  • Each participant will be notified of the airfare support they are entitled to separately.
  • The maximum amount has been calculated by considering average flight costs for the above dates per region.
  • The airfare support will be transferred to individuals within one calendar month after the event. Flights must be within 14 days before and after the event.
  • We are unable to support flights that arrive in Korea before 7 May and leave after 7 June.

To finalize your reimbursement, please provide us with the following information via email to okagathering@gmail.com by Friday 19 April 2024.

  • Copy of your passport
  • E-ticket (must include the name of the passenger, departure date, arrival date, flight number and indicate the full airfare cost paid)
  • Bank details: Bank name, bank address, account number, SWIFT code, IBAN code, routing number (if applicable), account holder’s name and contact information.
  • If you are a USAA account holder, please provide Final Credit Account information, and for CEFCU account holders, please provide your Member CEFCU No.

In addition, we will ask you to send us a copy of your boarding pass after your arrival in Seoul as a form of evidence to prove that the above flight was boarded.
