Participants who wish to extend their stay at the Conrad Seoul before and/or after the OKA Gathering program, 

please send an email to okagathering@gmail.com stating your specific check in and check out dates. 

We will check availability with the hotel and provide a quotation for your extended period. 

We will only be able to process requests that are submitted this point on and only until 30 April 2024, 16:00 KST.

 

The hotel is unable to guarantee the same discounted group rate for all participants: quotations will depend on availability at the time of enquiry and processed on a first come, first served basis. 

To secure your booking, you will need to fill out a Credit Card Authorization form and once your booking has been processed it will be non-refundable. 

Please understand that participants will be quoted different rates depending on which dates they choose to extend (weekday/weekend) and how many extra days are required in total.

We are aware that some participants have already enquired about extending their stay. Please email the Secretariat again with your exact dates for a request to be formally processed. 

We will only process requests made between 5 April and 30 April 2024.
