On the information website for DNA testing, it states eligibility as “Any adoptee who has no known relatives (of unknown descent) at the time of entry into an orphanage or adoption agency.”
Would it be possible for any adopted Korean to DNA test, even if there are names of relatives in their papers? If not, then when will the requirements change to allow for all adopted Koreans to DNA test?
